Mercedes-Benz :: Roadside Assistance Relaunch

Relaunch the Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance program and develop a marketing campaign to educate both dealers and customers of the program changes.


We developed the branding and messaging for the program and executed a marketing campaign to educate the customers while verifying and capturing customer contact information. The campaign included customer and dealer notification letters, as well as the the Roadside Assistance brochures for online and onsite dealership usage - all of which drove traffic to a newly created website with details about the program. The initial launch of the webiste included a sweepstakes to give back to the customer base while collecting and verifying current contact information.
