When Michelin star chef Joseph Keller took over the helm of his beloved dining spot on Nantucket, he was determined to continue serving the coveted classics while elevating comfort food to a new level. His culinary journey includes collaborations with brother Thomas on The French Laundry, Bouchon, and Ad Hoc, which illuminate the role that brand and storytelling play in the success of a restaurant. We rolled up our sleeves together on the creative presentation of the Company of the Cauldron and can't wait to get back to the island for a bite.
