Objective

Develop a campaign to help educate vehicle owners about Mercedes-Benz Service and increase traffic to Authorized Service Centers.

Solution

A website was developed featuring video vignettes and a virtual Mercedes-Benz concierge experience. Quality, Value & Experience were the key campaign messages. Customers were communicated with via direct mail and email, driving to the website to schedule an appointment for a complimentary inspection.

The website and content have since been repurposed to serve as a marketing and sales tool for Mercedes-Benz dealers and service centers.
