As agency of record for Silverstein Properties’ 4 World Trade Center, Core Twelve developed the brand identity and marketing campaign for the renowned building. As integral elements of this engagement, Core Twelve designed the logo, created the positioning and established the brand guidelines for the building. A marketing campaign was then executed around the opening and continued leasing efforts, including the creation of a responsive website, series of promotional videos, email and direct mail broker outreach, advertisements, print and digital marketing collateral.
